Participation in Working Groups

  • WG1 - Biophysics of cell and tissue structure

Research Interests

I am interested in the role of phase separation for gene expression regulation / gene activation. This includes understanding the mechanism behind this process which we are trying to uncover using biochemical and biophysical in vitro assays, combined with in vivo imaging and gene expression analysis.

Technologies offered to other EuroCellNet participants

various RNA techniques, phase separation assays, fluorescent imaging, recombinant expression and purification of proteins, construct and mutant design

Technologies sought from other EuroCellNet participants

advanced (super-resolution) fluorescent imaging
